Thanks for looking at the HP Lovecraft Literary Podcast 10th Anniversary merchandise.
We currently live in strange and uncertain times and there are a number of considerations to take into account.
This is a PRE-ORDER, so the items have not yet been manufactured. Taking advance orders means we don't have to guess at edition numbers and t-shirt sizes etc. but the downside is there will be a little wait before shipping. I'm hoping everything can be made within 1 month of pre-orders closing but the coronavirus pandemic does mean there could be possible unexpected delays. We'll endeavour to keep everyone updated on the progress and thank you in advance for your patience.
We're fully aware that this is also a financially tough time for many. Not everyone will be in a position to buy posters or t-shirts right now. Hopefully there will be enough interest so that we can slightly over-order and items can be made available at a later date for those not able to purchase now.
The people involved in the production (Chad & Chris, as well as the artist Graham & his print partners) have all been hit by the current pandemic, so to those who are in a position to buy now: thank you, your custom is really appreciated and will help support us through tricky times.

SHIPPING & POSTAGE:
Everything is being made in the UK. At the moment, circumstances allow for production to go ahead and for items to be safely shipped while maintaining current social distancing guidelines.
Orders will be sent using the following shipping options & costs:
- Posters - UK 1st Class Post (£7) / International Tracked & Signed (£12)
- Tees & Toes - UK 1st Class Post (£4.50) / International Standard (£6.50)
- Full bundle - UK 1st Class Post (£8) / International Tracked & Signed (£15)
If you are ordering from overseas and have any concerns at all about your domestic service's ability to post to you safely, please let us know and we will happily hold back on shipping out your order for as long as you need.
Please note international customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed.

At the moment, the UK government guidelines are encouraging online businesses to continue as best they can. While things are clearly far from ideal, we feel comfortable going ahead with the poster and other merchandise. If at any point guidelines change or risks increase such that we are no longer able to fulfil purchases, we'll refund all orders with a minimum of fuss.
